The CEM considers that playing fields are used by schools but not attached to them and therefore will not be available for use at lunchtime and breaks etc. Due to school specific pattern of use of playing fields present at schools, e.g. variability in breaks and difference in ages, it may be necessary to undertake a DQRA when assessing such situations.
