For the vapour intrusion to indoor air pathway, CLEA Briefing note 3 specifies different physical building properties for warehouse and office buildings. Both of these land uses have been run through the RISC model and the warehouse land use scenario was found to be more conservative (by approximately 20%). The most conservative warehouse values are presented here in recognition that the final building type for commercial land use is often not certain.
