Confidentiality and Copyright Disclaimer

The information is for the sole use of the user and by receiving or obtaining any information contained herein the user agrees that at all times they will keep secret and confidential and shall procure and safeguard that their directors and employees keep secret and confidential all business and trade secrets and any information of a confidential nature relating to the processes, affairs, methods, and data belonging to Atkins Limited which they may have received or obtained in the performance of or otherwise as a direct or indirect result of entering into any agreement with Atkins Limited.

These obligations of confidentiality do not apply to any information which is publicly available to the user at the time they acquired the information contained herein, or which was known to the user before receipt from Atkins Limited, or after having been made known to the user becomes part of the public domain through no fault of the user, or which is required to be disclosed by law or by a regulating authority.

The user acknowledges that damages may not be an adequate remedy for breach of the above undertaking and that Atkins Limited shall be entitled to seek injunctive or other equitable relief for any actual or threatened breach of the above undertaking.

Any information contained herein is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, public display, public performance, [and preparation of derivative works] from any information contained herein are prohibited by copyright law. By using this service the user represents and warrants that they will not use the services in any manner that would violate any copyright, intellectual property, or any other rights.
