Pricing

The Suite of SSVs is available to local authorities for an annual fee of £350 (excl. VAT). The price including the revised 17.5% VAT rate is £411.25.

For commercial clients, the initial annual fee is £750 (excl. VAT), the price including the 17.5% VAT rate is £881.25. This covers the first year's subscription plus a one-day training seminar for a member of staff which explains the derivation of the SSVs, the conceptual site models behind the new non-standard land-uses and appropriate application in generic risk assessments.

Where multiple office locations require access (for instance within large consultancies), this is available through the purchase of additional subscriptions, with prices supplied on request and based on individual circumstances.

Any local authority client that commissions Atkins to deliver environmental consultancy services to a value of £7500 or more in a financial year will be provided with a year-long subscription to the SSVs free of charge. Alternatively, if after subscribing to the SSVs, work is awarded to this amount, the year's subscription will be refunded.
